A Little About Me...
I am the daughter of the late Rev. C. M. & Ella Jones. I am a Mother, Singer, Songwriter, Recording Artist, Mental Health Advocate, Thinker, and Motivator. I am the oldest of four siblings, and the only girl. Early in my life I knew what I wanted to do. I was so very blessed to have parents that believed in me and encouraged me to pursue my dreams. Along with my love of reading, music has always been my "safe space."
How It Began...
My musical journey began at the Beautiful Gate Baptist Church in the children's choir. My parents enrolled me in the Ms. Hahn School of Music, where I took private piano lessons. I was pretty young. My love of music continued through high school, and into the Mercyhurst College/D'Angelo School of Music, where I studied Vocal Music Performance and minored in Piano. Life took a turn and my education had to pause.
College Life...Then and Now...
When I left Mercyhurst, I wanted to finish, but the uncertainties of life seemed to derail my dreams. God was faithful. In 2021, by God's grace, I returned to the University of Arizona Global Campus and received my Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts degree. By God's grace, in September 2023, I graduated with my Master of Arts in Psychology degree from UAGC. I was also blessed to become a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
The Present...
This year marks my 40th year in Music Ministry. I have been blessed to travel and share my love of music on many different stages. I have recorded three projects, The Path, The Mirror, and my latest, "Stronger. 5.0!" The single "Stronger" is featured in the upcoming movie "Life Isn't Fair" by Derrell Lawrence. Traveling to Philadelphia this summer to attend the movie showing was a dream come true. Lord willing, "Stronger! ~ The Movement" Women's Conference is coming in 2024. I am looking forward to what God has in store for this present moment, and in the moments to come. Live Life in Song
"No one is going to work harder on your dream than you."
Creating music has gotten me through some of the toughest times in my life. Music follows me everywhere I go.
If I had to describe my musical style I would say, "A soulful mix of traditional and contemporary gospel, infused with jazz, soul, and divine inspiration."

I want to thank God for entrusting this precious gift to me. I do not take it lightly. I will use it until it is time to return it to Him.
No matter where you are in your life's journey, you can make it. One day at a time. The ups and downs of life have served to make me who I am today. The songs I write, and the words that I speak are a true testament to the life that I live. And guess what, I am not done living yet!
